**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Compliance - PF / ESIC / LWF
- Sourcing & screening profiles
- Attendance & Leave Management
- Leave Management
- Maintenance of Employee files and Records
- Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
- Exit Formalities
- Policy Development and Documentation
- Employee Engagement
- Documents, filing, and records: Maintenance of records.
**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
Graduate with MBA / MPM degree
1 to 4 years experience as HR / Payroll Executive
Good Knowledge of Excel is must
Excel, Pivot Table, VLOOKUP
