**Qualifications**:
1. Company Secretary qualification is desirable.
2. 0-2 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong academic background will be considered).
3. Strong organizational and communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in the preparation of board meetings, including drafting agendas and minutes.
2. Maintain statutory books and records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
3. Ensure timely filing of necessary statutory forms and returns.
4. Support the legal and compliance team in various administrative tasks.
5. Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on company secretarial matters.
6. Stay updated on changes in corporate laws and regulations.
