**Job description**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Conversant with SEBI, Stock Exchange and MCA regulations.
- Drawing up a compliance calendar and timely filing of returns as applicable to listed companies, including XBRL filing, filing with SEBI, Stock Exchanges and MCA.
- Organizing Board meetings and shareholders meetings.
- Drafting and finalizing minutes of Board and General Meetings.
- Drafting and finalization of Corporate Governance Report, Notice of AGM etc.
- Handling investor relations and communications with shareholders.
- Co-ordinating with Registrars & Share Transfer Agents (RTA) to answer shareholder queries
- Maintenance of structured data base software in accordance with SEBI regulations.
- Knowledge of Tally and accounts will be an added advantage.
- Qualified Company Secretary from ICSI with minimum 5 years experience of working in a
listed company.
