A social media manager at Brewd Media is a central role who coordinates projects, initiatives and plans between the client and internal teams.

You will be responsible for managing and executing social media campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and Pinterest. They work closely with clients and team members to develop social media strategies that meet campaign goals and drive engagement with target audiences.

Brewd Media is a Digital Marketing agency that specializes in Website Design & Development, SEO and Advertising for their clients in India, Middle East, UK and USA. The Social Media Manager will need to have a “Digital First” approach to their concepts, design ideas and execution methodology. They will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure that the designs are on-brand, visually appealing, and effective in achieving brand goals.

As a Social Media Manager you will also be engaged in building the brands digital presence of the brands.

**As a Social Media Manager, you are expected to**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy for multiple clients
- Develop Social Media content, calendar, and strategy
- Develop and implement organic growth actionables
- Define the relevant and critical social media KPIs for the brand
- Plan, Develop, Organize and Execute daily social media operations
- Create and manage budgets for the client’s social media activities
- Provide design and creative input to the designer
- Measure the success of every social media campaign for our clients
- Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
- Actively use and explore social media marketing tools to automate repetitive tasks
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Experience in managing basic PPC campaigns will be an advantage
- Monitor user engagement and consult with the client for enhancements
- Hire and train other in the team
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

**Qualification and Experience**:

- Proven experience in the social media marketing with B2B brands
- Hands on experience in copywriting and content management
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Experience of developing strategies across multiple channels
- Experience in designing outreach & sales campaigns, social media Ads, digital PR.
- You must be a social media power user and have a proven background building a quality online following for a business.
- Experience of using analytics tools and tweak marketing strategies based on findings.
- Writing, blogging and proofreading ability
- knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics is preferred
- Experience with social advertising platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn is preferred.

This role is based out of Mumbai.

Work Mode - Work From Office Only

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
