We are urgently hiring for Customer Service Executive role and we are glad to invite you for a face-to-face interview round in our company based in Andheri East, Mumbai.
**Interview Date, Time and Venue**
**Interview Date: 19th August 2023 (Saturday)**
**Interview time: 10:00 am to 04:00 pm**
**Interview venue: ND Commerce, A-301, 3rd Floor, Dipti Classic, Suren Road, Andheri East, Mumbai-400093.**
**Landmark: 7 minutes walking distance from Western Express Highway Metro Station**
- Handling inbound and outbound calls related to products and services.
- Managing the queries or the problems of the customers by providing them with the solution.
**Eligibility Criteria:
- **
- **Good Communication skills in English is must.**
- **Experience required: 0 - 2 years in customer service. Interns seeking this assignment for 3 months can also apply.**
- **E-commerce industry experience would be an added advantage.**
- **Pure day shifts only.**
- **6 Days Working.**
**Please carry an updated resume along with you for a walk-in interview.**
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
