**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Identify and target potential customers, including nursing colleges, healthcare institutions, and individual students.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including college administrators, faculty, and student organizations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of EZINURSE.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Understand the needs and challenges of nursing students and institutions to tailor solutions accordingly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive products, and market dynamics.
- Gather and report market intelligence to help shape sales strategies and product development.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the EdTech, healthcare, or education sectors.
- **Languages**: Fluency in English is mandatory. Fluency in either Malayalam or Hindi is required.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
