**Role Description**

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Administrator at Zariyaa | The Way To Happiness. The Account Administrator will be responsible for finance and accounting tasks, customer service, account reconciliation, and account management. The role is primarily located in Bengaluru, but some work from home is acceptable. Right now the job will be remote until we go hybrid model

**Role in details**:
**Account Reconciliation**:

- Daily Reconciliation of bank statements in Zohobooks to ensure that all transactions are accounted for and accurately recorded.
- Recording all financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.

**Account Receivables**:

- Issuing invoices to customers, tracking receivables, and ensuring timely collection of payments.

**Accounts Payables**:

- Handling vendor bills and payments, ensuring all payables are tracked and paid on time.

**Client Vendor Registration**:

- Follow the **Company vendor registration** process. Each company might have their own process of vendor registration.

**Payroll Processing**
- **Processing Payroll**, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.

**Tax Compliance**
- **Tax Preparation**: Preparing and filing tax returns with the help of CA, including GST, TDS,PT and other applicable taxes.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate records for tax purposes and supporting tax audits.

**Financial Reports**
- Generating basic financial statements such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for internal use.

**Other Administrative/Operations work**

**Qualifications**
- Finance and Accounting skills
- **Proficiency in using Zohobooks accounting software is a must**:

- Customer Service skills
- Account Reconciliation and Account Management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the well-being industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
