The role of the Accounts Administrator is to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and administration

requirements within the APAC region and to provide flexible support to Finance team as required.

Based in India, we are looking for a reliable, hands-on and highly motivated person who can work independently in

conjunction with Accounts Administrator based in Sydney

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and process payables invoices
- Review and process expense claims
- Debt collections and receipting of AR invoices
- Reconcile and pay off payments
- Liaise with external accountant for monthly expense documents
- Assist with adhoc reports related to AP as required
- Assist with any other duties as required to assist Finance team

**The successful applicant will**:

- Have 3+ years’ experience in accounting, AP and administrative role
- Possess strong integrity, communication and relationship skills
- Be resilience, motivated, being able to prioritize and manage time to meet tight deadlines
- Be a motivated self-starter, be prepared to take ownership and responsibility for their role and work independently
- Have high attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft excel
- Have experience using multiple systems. Experience using Concur/Coupa/Financial Force/Oracle ERP will be highly regarded, but not essential
- Fluent in written and spoken English, additional language skills (Japanese) would be advantage
- Have experience working in a group with multiple entities, currencies, location and language and be open to flexible working approach to ensure maximum efficiency and collaboration across time zones
- Be willing to travel internationally on occasion
