**Job Summary**:
**SPACEINNONXT Company is hiring for Business Development Associate on a full-time basis. We are looking for an energetic business development associate to help drive our sales and grow the business. You will attract new clients by visiting Educational institutions and build solid relationships with them while maintaining existing relationships. Other duties will include market research, developing business strategies and pitches, managing a variety of projects, and identifying new business opportunities. You will work with various departments and report to the Head of Business Development.**

The successful applicant will be resourceful, organized and motivated to increase sales, enhance the company's reputation, and look for new and creative ways to market our products. A background in sales or marketing is strongly desirable.

**DUTIES AND OBLIGATIONS**
- Create and build awareness of the organization or client’s brand to boost the success of marketing campaigns and sales.
- Conduct meeting, presentations, negotiation, with clients to secure business deals and ensuring the marketing materials are used efficiently.
- Achieving individual target in order to accomplish monthly sales goals
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
- Identify new business opportunities & potential clients, including schools and other educational institutions.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition and unique selling points of our products/services.
- Regularly visit customers on-site to develop rapport, understand their requirements, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions and presenting our products to the Educational Institutions.
- Completing the marketing analysis in determining how a market campaign is performing, with regular updates.
- Collaborate with the management team to define business development goals and objectives.
- Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.
- Coordinate with the in-house departments to progress in a prolific way of functioning.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Managing the development of marketing materials for ex: leaflets, flyers, posters, newsletters, magazines, and many others.
- **Budget:

- 4.6 Fixed + 30-40K incentives**_

**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Any graduate with 3 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills and customer orientation.
- Good research abilities in order to do pre-branding.
- Interpersonal skills needed include listening skills, resolution skills, convincing skills, etc.
- Handling the customer in identifying brand awareness.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
