We are hiring talented and qualified individuals with relevant experience for Secretarial role based out of Bangalore.
Desired Skills:
Knowledge and experience in company secretarial functions
Ability to maintain statutory registers and records
Ability to draft clearly and concretly Secretarial documents
Effective communication with stakeholders
Maintain the Confidentiality
Good analytical skills and interpersonal skills
Education & Experience:
A minimum of 3 to 6 of experience in a corporate secretarial role
Practical experience in handling company secretarial responsibilities, including compliance management and board coordination
Experience in coordinating and managing board and shareholder meetings, including the preparation of meeting materials and MOM
Specialization in Corporate Law or Company Secretaryship is highly beneficial
Proven experience in managing and ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards
Last date to apply: 25th January 2024

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
