Expense Assistant

**Location**: Mumbai
The Travel & Expense Manager is responsible for supporting associates with anunderstanding of the travel & expense policy, ensuring all travel and expense processes are cost-effective and run accurately and timely, and analyzing/resolving system issues.
**Responsibilities**
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Expense department including:
- Timely accurate processing of employee expense claims from receipt to payment
- Enforcement of Expenses best practice across the company, ensuring process compliance
- Check all submitted expenses adhere to the company expenses policy and dispensation.
- Monthly Reporting
- Occasional cover for other functions within the AP/Expense department to include: invoice processing, Purchase Ledger Query investigation and resolution
- Solve expense related queries of employees.
- **Experiences**:
- Experience 2 to 3 years
- Knowledge of Tally.
- **Salary : 15k-18k**
**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
