**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Phone Support**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, mails, chats professionally and courteously.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products/services.

**Problem Resolution**:

- Listen actively to customer concerns and provide timely and accurate solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further investigation and resolution.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to assist customers effectively.
- Provide clear and detailed explanations to customers regarding product features and usage.

**Order Management**:

- Process orders and provide order-related information over the phone.
- Assist customers with tracking, cancellations, and modifications to orders.

**Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Document and report recurring issues for continuous improvement.

**Customer Engagement**:

- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction after issue resolution.
- Gather feedback and insights to improve the overall customer experience.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer trends and common concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer support
- Freshers can also apply
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
