Sales Trainer

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and deliver training programs for sales employees to improve their knowledge and skills in selling to B2B clients.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of sales training programs and modify them as needed to ensure maximum impact.
- Create training manuals, presentations, and other educational materials for sales employees.
- Train sales employees on the latest sales techniques, technologies, and trends in the B2B industry.
- Collaborate with sales managers to identify skill gaps and training needs among sales employees.
- Develop and implement training plans that align with the organization's overall sales strategy.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure sales employees have the necessary knowledge of the organization's products and services.
- Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in sales training.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer in the B2B industry.
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales techniques, technologies, and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
- Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and modify programs as needed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to travel as needed.

- Extension of the shift in case of any urgent delivery of the creatives to the client

**Salary**: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
