**Job Overview**: We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Tele Sales Executives. The primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers over the phone and promote our products and services. This role is ideal for fresher with strong communication skills and a desire to learn sales techniques.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell our products and services.
- Follow up on leads to maintain a steady flow of potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales activities.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
**Qualifications**:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence customers.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
