Front Executive of Directive

The Executive of Directive plays a critical role in ensuring the effective execution of strategic directives and initiatives set by senior management. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can coordinate across departments, track progress, and drive results to achieve organizational objectives.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
**Strategic Directive Execution**:
Collaborate with senior management to understand strategic directives and objectives.
Develop action plans and implementation strategies to execute directives effectively.
Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management on the status of directive execution.
**Cross-functional Coordination**:
Work closely with department heads and team leaders to align efforts with strategic directives.
Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to ensure a unified approach to directive execution.
Resolve conflicts or issues that arise during the implementation process.
**Performance Tracking and Reporting**:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of directive execution.
Track progress against targets and milestones, identifying areas of success and areas needing improvement.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to review the status of directive implementation.
**Resource Allocation and Management**:
Coordinate resource allocation to support directive execution, including budgetary considerations and staffing needs.
Optimize resource utilization to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in achieving directive objectives.
Identify and address resource gaps or constraints that may impact directive execution.
**Risk Management and Mitigation**:
Anticipate potential risks or challenges that may arise during the execution of directives.
Develop contingency plans and mitigation strategies to address risks and minimize their impact on directive outcomes.
Proactively communicate risks and mitigation plans to senior management for awareness and decision-making.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
[5-10] years of experience in project management, strategic planning, or a related field.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Super Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Proven track record of driving results and achieving objectives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Comfortable to travel
Manage Head-Of-Directive Documentation & Data Record
Lead the Head team
Good Knowledge in Microsoft (Excel, PPT) other
**Must Smart Enough to track the senior management work report
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
