**Job Summary**:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Executive to join our team. As a Digital Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, as well as nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients. Your primary focus will be on digital advertising solutions, including display advertising, social media advertising, search engine marketing, and more.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Development**: Identify and prospect new clients and business opportunities to generate revenue growth.

**Client Engagement**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their advertising needs and providing tailored solutions.

**Digital Advertising Solutions**: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and present digital advertising strategies and proposals to clients, addressing their specific goals and objectives.

**Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, both in-person and virtually, showcasing the agency's capabilities and the value of our digital advertising services.

**Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging digital advertising technologies to provide clients with informed recommendations.

**Revenue Targets**: Set and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets, consistently exceeding sales quotas.

**Contract Negotiation**: Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to secure deals that align with agency objectives and profitability.

**Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales reports and forecasts for management review.

**Client Education**: Educate clients about the benefits and ROI of digital advertising solutions, providing data-driven insights and case studies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
- Proven track record in digital advertising sales, preferably within an advertising agency setting.
- Deep understanding of digital advertising channels, including display advertising, social media advertising, SEM, SEO, and programmatic advertising.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Multilingual skills and experience with global clients are advantageous.
