Inside Sales Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Lead Generation & Qualification:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities by researching potential clients and
industry trends.

- Collaborate with marketing for lead nurturing through digital campaigns and social media
channels.
2. Sales Support & Client Interaction:
- Communicate the company’s solar EPC solutions to potential clients, answering questions
and addressing objections.
- Arrange and schedule meetings for the outside sales team with qualified leads and
potential clients.
- Assist in creating and sending proposals, presentations, and contracts.
3. Database & CRM Management:
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, follow-ups, and leads in the CRM
system.
- Track lead progress, conversions, and other sales metrics, and provide regular reports to
the sales manager.
- Ensure data cleanliness and update client information as required.
4. Market Research & Analysis:
- Monitor competitor activities, industry developments, and potential growth areas for new
business opportunities.
- Provide insights on client feedback and trends to support sales and marketing strategy
adjustments.
5. Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with the Business Development and Project Management teams to align on
lead handoff and project requirements.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team to leverage promotional materials and content for
lead nurturing.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an inside sales, telemarketing, or sales support role, preferably within
the renewable energy or Solar EPC sector or Capital Goods Sales.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
