**CRM System Management**:
Oversee the day-to-day management of the CRM system, ensuring it is functioning optimally and data is accurately recorded and maintained.
Customize CRM workflows and processes to meet the specific needs of the organization and improve overall efficiency.
**Agreement execution and payment collection**:
To co-ordinate for executing various agreements like AFS, Sale Deed, etc. Co
- Ordinate for payment collection as per the payment plan
**Customer Engagement & Retention**:
Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, and personalized communications to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
**Data Analysis & Reporting**:
Analyze CRM data to identify trends, customer behaviour patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare and present reports on CRM performance, campaign results, and customer insights to senior management.
**Cross-Department Collaboration**:
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure CRM strategies are aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
Support and train team members on CRM best practices and system usage.
**Customer Feedback & Improvement**:
Monitor and respond to customer feedback, addressing concerns and implementing solutions to enhance the customer experience.
Continuously evaluate and improve CRM processes and strategies based on feedback and performance metrics.
**Project Management**:
Lead and manage CRM-related projects, including system upgrades, new feature implementations, and process enhancements.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.
