Key responsibilities and duties: 1. Coordinate with website developer, database admin, front end developer and ERP designer to make improvement in the system
2. Data Management & analysis, reports experienced to make impact in booking system.
3. Handle inbound support in a professional manner
4. Provide technical assistance and support to resolve any issues
5. Maintains database to verifying and backing up of the data
6. Assist IT solutions to Agent queries and complaints
7. Provide best solutions by understanding their issues and concerns based on knowledge and past experienced
8. To assist in solving troubleshooting for booking & ERP portal.
9. Coordinate and support CRM processes across the business;
10. Update the company website with new content
11. Monitor and Assist with the development of Branding Activities with print media & radio campaigns.
12. Monitor and assist with the planning and implementation of social media campaigns General Duties:
13. Maintain excellent relations and communications with agents & passengers;
14. Work as part of the CRM/ Tele calling team to meet objectives of the business plan, using established internal processes
15. Assist with the monitoring and reporting of the departmental KPIs (including generating data to be used in reports)
16. Undertake other such reasonable duties as required by the HOD.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹17,000.00 per month
