**Competencies Required**:

- Good computer navigation skills
- Good keyboarding speed - 25wpm w/98% accuracy
- Good knowledge of complete MS Office suite
- Knowledge about the Insurance industry in US (N/A incase of a fresher)
- Knowledge about US Culture (N/A incase of a fresher)
- Knowledge of Insurance principles (N/A incase of a fresher)
- Communication skills - should be able to read, interpret business documents. Good oral/written communication
- Ability to work successfully in production driven environment
- Adaptability to change
- Ability to work on routine/standardized transactions

**Education Requirements**:

- Graduate in Accounting / Commerce / Business Administration with at least 15 years of education for Reconciliation process.
- Graduate in any discipline with at least 15 years of education for any other process.

**Competencies Required**:

- Excellent computer navigation skills

- Good analytical and interpersonal skills
- Escalate issues if required
- Data gathering ability/ Eye for detail
- Brainstorming abilities to identify and resolve issues
- Team work/ Managing Self / Adaptability
- Ability to work successfully in production driven environment
- Adaptability to change
- Ability to work in multiple shift timings as per business requirement
- Ability to act as a back-up to the reporting supervisor

**Education Requirements**:
Graduate in Accounting / Commerce / Business Administration with at least 15 years of education.
