**How you might spend your days**
As an **Advanced Talent Acquisition Partner (Psychometric Assessment)**, your key responsibilities will be to:

- Acquire a thorough understanding of job requisition for required competencies, skills, and knowledge required of successful applicants from the Hiring Manager.
- Act as a trusted adviser to hiring managers, helping to choose the best talent using pre-employment psychometric assessment.
- To use the pre-employment psychometric assessments (Saville and Hogan) to perform competency-based interviews for hiring senior/ leadership roles.
- Correlating hiring competencies to psychometric tool.
- Responsible for Psychometric test interpretation, interview & feedback.

**The miles you’ve walked**

- Solid experience with the use of psychometric tests to perform competency-based interviews
- Expertise and certification in at least one commercially available globally used psychometric tool
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Psychology or equivalent.
- Exposure with working for an international cooperation.
