**Job Title: Business Development** Executive / Inside Sales

**Job Level**:1-2 Years of relevant work experience

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Lead Identification and Qualification**:

- Utilize various tools and platforms to research and identify potential corporate contacts and leads.
- Sales acumen and understanding is an expectation.
- Implement strategies to qualify leads based on predetermined criteria.

2. **Database Management**:

- Maintain and update contact databases to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Regularly clean and organize data for effective use in marketing campaigns.

3. **Communication and Outreach**:

- Assist in the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns.

4**. Research and Analysis**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential areas for improvement.

5. **Website Monitoring and Coordination**:

- Monitor website performance and user engagement.
- Collaborate with website developers to enhance content and design for optimal user experience.

6. **SEO Monitoring**:

- Work closely with our external marketing agency to monitor and improve SEO strategies.
- Analyse SEO performance metrics and recommend adjustments as needed.

7. **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of lead generation activities and outcomes.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators and contribute to performance evaluations.

8. **Proactive and Adaptable**:

- Demonstrate a proactive mindset by identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Display adaptability in response to changing priorities and emerging marketing trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn and use various tools and platforms.
