The purpose of this role is to support the HR team in a manner that ensures HR data, reports and processes are accurately implemented. A key part of the role will be supporting the KSA Senior HR Consultant in the day-to-day HR operational matters.

This role will work closely with the Regional Middle East HR team and the Global Shared Services team to ensure HR process align to the employee lifecycle. The role reports into the KSA Senior HR Consultant.

Looking at opportunities to digitise and modernise our HR processes to support the company’s growth strategy, while simultaneously ensuring the HR administration aspects in this role run effectively and efficiently.

There is growth potential to move into a larger HR role in the future.

**A detailed overview of your responsibilities is as follows**

**HR processes & reports**:

- Managing all duties of Government Relations - GR
- Providing reports to the Government Relations Manager.
- Following, renewal, maintain all company documents such CR, Saudization, GOSI, Tax etc.
- Keeping all documents required by governmental agencies.
- Communicating with Governmental entities to issue licenses and other related documents as required.
- Submission of correct documentation related to Immigration processes and Work permits in front of the concerned authorities (Ministry of Labor and Immigration Dept.).
- Responsible for maintaining and expanding the relationship between the company and the relevant departments of the Saudi Arabian government and maintaining the government relationship network according to the company's strategic planning and management needs, so as to form good interaction and cooperation.
- Providing advice to Managers and staff on current changes and rulings relating to the Ministry of Labour and Ministry of Immigration policies and procedures.
- Accompanying employees to relevant ministry departments, traffic department, or medical testing facilities.
- Working knowledge of government legislation and polices as well as processes and procedures relating to government required documentation.
- Well-developed interpersonal communication skills including the ability to perform effectively in a team environment with a strong client focus.

**Experience & Qualifications**

**Key Skills**
- Minimum 8 + Years of Experience in Government Relations - GR.Good knowledge in laws and procedures related to MOL, MOFA, GOSI and other Government / Ministries.
- Strong knowledge in KSA Iqama and Visa procedures.
- Good experience in dealing with Government authorities.
- IT skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and experience of using spreadsheets and databases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Confident, proactive, and resilient character, with the ability to take the lead in challenging situations
- Strong eye on detail, accurate and ability to solve problems, think on your feet and present solutions
- Organised and strong ability to prioritise workload and manage deadlines
- Knowledge of KSA and UAE national laws.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR with prior experience of working in HR team in a similar role
