- Deliver engaging training sessions to new and existing employees.
- Educate sales staff on product knowledge and updates.
- Instruct on effective sales techniques and customer service.
- Tailor training programs for various retail roles.
- Assess and provide feedback on employee performance.
- Stay current with industry trends and update training materials.
- Gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain documentation of training sessions and progress.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (required)

Work Location: On the road
