Service Co-ordinator

The Service Coordinator for an Entrance Automation Company is responsible for coordinating and managing all service-related activities for the company. The role involves interacting with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
The Service Coordinator is also responsible for managing the scheduling of technicians and monitoring service progress.
**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or related field
2. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the entrance automation industry
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
4. Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle customer complaints and issues
5. Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
7. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with other stakeholders
8. Knowledge of entrance automation products, installation, and maintenance processes is preferred.
9. Co-Ordinate& Manage with Service Manager and Field Service Technician.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Act as the primary point of contact for all service-related queries and issues
2. Schedule and dispatch technicians to customer sites for installations, repairs, and maintenance work.
3. Monitor and track service progress to ensure timely completion of work
4. Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions in the company's database.
5. Provide regular updates to customers regarding service progress and estimated completion times.
6. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless transition from sales to service activities.
7. Work with the technical team to ensure adequate inventory of spare parts and tools for service work.
8. Conduct periodic customer satisfaction surveys to assess service quality and identify areas for improvement.
9. Analyze service data to identify trends and develop strategies to improve service delivery.
11.Payment Follow up and target on Maximum Sale of AMC’s.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
