**Job Title: Sales Co-ordinator**

**Reports to: Sales Manager**

**Location: Pune**

**Description**

Seri Prints is a fast-growing Decal manufacturing company based in Pune. At Seri Prints, we relate our success directly to the strength of our management team. To achieve and operate at our high standards, we’re seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join us. We are looking at recruiting the Sales Coordinator serve as a center point between the customer and all departments ie. design, production and accounts to execute and deliver outstanding customer service and lead Seri Prints’ growth goals in its design and screen printed decals business.
**Key Deliverables / Accountabilities**
- Receiving, understanding, analysing and customer design requirements.
- Understand and communicate design requirements to design team.
- Maintaining design and production orders, scheduling as per priorities.
- Maintain MIS & data.
- Preparing quotations, assist in payment follow ups.
- Servicing customer from order receipt to delivery, being single point contact between internal departments and customer.
- Coordinate and build cooperation with and within internal departments / outside agencies to ensure customer commitments are comfortably met.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of Design and Sales coordination for printing industry with a track record of success.
- Background of design, printing and production process added advantage.
- Understands complete busines process of manufacturing industry.
- Very good customer service and follow up.
- Expert in building relationships with a diverse customer base, and internal team.
- Needs to be a great communicator in verbal, written, and public means; and has demonstrated expertise at communicating key issues.
- Tenacity and self-motivation, ability to handle multiple assignments effortlessly.
- Realizes that delivering results is the measure of performance

**Salary**: ₹9,996.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
