**Role purpose**:
The Communications Associate will help develop and implement strategic communication initiatives to promote inclusive education. The role involves creating engaging content, managing communication channels, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to enhance the organisation's visibility and impact.

**Deliverable Outcomes**:

- Assist to develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy aligned with the organisation's goals.
- Create compelling content for various channels, including websites, social media, newsletters, and reports.
- Manage the organisation's website, ensuring up-to-date and relevant information.
- Prepare and distribute press releases, media kits, and other materials to enhance visibility.
- Gather and share impactful stories and data to demonstrate the organisation's achievements.
- Utilise multimedia tools to produce engaging visual content, including videos and infographics.
- Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in communications and inclusive education.

**Qualification**:Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

**Prior Experience**:3-5 years of experience in communications, public relations, or a related role.

- Strong communication and storytelling skills to engage diverse audiences.
- Creativity and ability to generate innovative communication strategies.
- Organisational and project management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools, social media platforms, and multimedia software.

**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
