Customer Relationship Executive

**Role Summary**:
We are seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to manage and enhance our relationships with customers, ensuring a seamless experience from purchase to post-sales support. This role is ideal for a proactive, customer-focused individual who enjoys problem-solving and can handle inquiries with patience and professionalism.
**Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and engagement
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics) to ensure prompt and accurate customer support
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in a customer service or relationship management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
