Position: Customer Service Executive

Process: Karur IB - Voice Process

Location: Chennai, India (Tidel Park, Taramani)

Shift: Rotational Shifts and Off (As per business requirements)

Language Proficiency: Fluent in Tamil/ Telugu/ Malayalam/ Kannada

**Salary**: Up to 2.7 LPA + Incentives (based on performance)

**Responsibilities**:
1. Engage with customers over phone calls to provide efficient and courteous customer service for Karur IB products and services.

2. Utilize excellent communication skills to address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide accurate information.

3. Maintain a strong understanding of client products and services to assist customers effectively.

4. Utilize logical and analytical thinking to troubleshoot issues and provide appropriate solutions.

5. Navigate computer systems and tools to access customer information, record interactions, and update customer records.

6. Adhere to established processes and guidelines to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.

7. Demonstrate flexibility in working various shifts to accommodate business needs.

8. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet performance targets and maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:
1. Any Graduation is mandatory.

2. Language proficiency in Tamil/ Telugu/ Malayalam/ Kannada.

3. Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service.

4. Strong customer handling skills with the ability to empathize and provide effective solutions.

5. Basic knowledge of client products and services.

6. Proficient computer navigation skills.

7. Logical and analytical thinking to assess and resolve customer issues.

Shift and Transport:

- Rotational shifts and off as per business requirements.
- No cab facility provided, but a transportation allowance of Rs.2750 will be given.

Salary and Benefits:

- Up to 2.7 LPA salary.
- Performance-based incentives up to Rs. 1250.

Selection Process:
1. AMCAT/SVAR -40 assessment.

2. HR initial screening.

3. Operational round.

4. Client round.

Pay: Up to ₹270,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Taramani, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
