IT Trainer - Full Stack Development

**We are looking for a passionate and experienced IT Trainer to join our team and develop the next generation of Full Stack Developers**

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver engaging training programs on Java, Python, Django, AngularJS, and UX Design principles.
- Develop curriculum materials that cater to various learning styles and experience levels.
- Mentor and guide trainees throughout the program, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Evaluate trainee progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies within the full-stack development field.
- Design and oversee a small, capstone project for trainees to showcase their acquired skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in software development with expertise in Java, Python, Django, AngularJS, and basic understanding of UX Design principles.
- Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Strong patience and a passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing.
- Familiarity with various training methodologies (online, in-person, blended).

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience in developing and conducting technical workshops or bootcamps.
- Industry certifications in any of the mentioned technologies (Java Certified Professional, Python Institute certifications etc.).
- Experience working with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹9,244.73 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
