**Job Title**: Personal/Executive Assistant to the Directors
**Location**: Jangpura Extension, New Delhi, India
**Experience**: 2-4 years
**Salary Range**: 3-4 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum)

As a Personal/Executive Assistant to the Directors at The Hustler Collective, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business. You will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Directors, helping them manage their time, tasks, and priorities effectively. This role requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Calendar Management**: Maintain and organize the Directors' calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and manage conflicting priorities.
**Travel Arrangements**: Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely arrangements.
**Document Management**: Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as requested, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
**Meeting Support**: Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure tasks are completed.
**Expense Management**: Track and reconcile expenses, create expense reports, and ensure timely submission.
**Project Assistance**: Provide administrative support for special projects, research tasks, and other ad hoc assignments as needed.
**Liaison**: Interact with Government and other Departments, representing the Directors and the company in a positive manner.
**Office Management**: Assist with office-related tasks, such as ordering supplies, coordinating office maintenance, and managing files and records.
**Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive information and maintain the utmost confidentiality in all interactions.
**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree preferred.
2. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
6. High level of discretion and integrity.
7. Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and technologies.
**Salary and Benefits**:
1. Salary Range: 3-4 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum)
