**Job Summary**:A Sales Executive is responsible for generating and nurturing leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, and closing sales deals. They play a crucial role in achieving the company's revenue targets and growth objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Qualify leads to determine their suitability and interest in the company's products or services.

**Customer Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
Understand customer needs and tailor product or service offerings to meet those needs effectively.

**Sales Presentations and Demonstrations**:Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to educate customers on the features and benefits of the company's offerings.

**Sales Negotiation**:Negotiate terms and pricing to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Address objections and concerns effectively.

**Sales Closures**:Close sales deals by obtaining signed contracts or purchase orders.
Ensure all necessary documentation and paperwork are completed accurately.

**Sales Reporting**:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in a CRM system.
Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and forecasts.

**Market Research**:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
Use market insights to develop and refine sales strategies.

**Sales Targets**:Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets set by the company.
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve these goals.

**Product Knowledge**:Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services and keep up-to-date with product updates and enhancements.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (often preferred but not always required).
- Proven experience in sales, typically 2-5 years, depending on the company's requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
- Adaptability and the ability to work in a dynamic and competitive environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
