Onboarding Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the on boarding process for new sellers, ensuring they have all the necessary information and support to start selling on Amazon
- Respond to seller inquiries and provide guidance on how to use Amazon's seller tools and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve seller issues and questions
- Train and educate new sellers on Amazon's policies, procedures, and best practices to help them succeed on the platform
- Monitor and track seller performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for optimization
- Continuously evaluate and improve the on boarding process to enhance the seller experience
**Requirements**:
- Graduate with 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with Amazon's seller tools and services preferred
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
