**Position - Customer Support Executive (Female Only)**

**KRA**:

- Handle an average of 60-80 telephonic calls per day, delivering outstanding customer support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Assist in executing sales leads.
- Help clients with their financial investments and facilitate daily transactions within designated deadlines.
- Develop and foster strong relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Meet personal and customer service team sales targets and call
- handling quotas.
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in customer support. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Strong knowledge of products/services to enhance customer support.
- Ability to oversee the customer service process and ensure its efficiency.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
