Jollyfree Technical Llp is seeking a Chat Support Executive to join our growing team. This is a work from home (WFH) position, where you'll be supporting our customers and solving their queries via live chat. You'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, answering queries, providing advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about customer service and delivering an exceptional experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Providing support and advice to customers
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues
- Escalating complex issues to senior team members
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and accurate resolution of queries
- Updating customer records and maintaining accurate reports
- Providing feedback to the management team on process improvement opportunities
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Good typing speed and computer skills.PREFERRED
