**Job Profile**:
In this role, you would be acting as a trainee for the first 4 months. You would be responsible for ensuring that the students who want to join us have a smooth experience from admission to completion of the course. This would involve diverse activities from counseling learners to getting the proper documents from students for the fee payment processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- 30-35 Connected calls every day to build relationships and ensure the successful completion of the fee payment by the customers
- Follow-ups with the learners for the course EMI payments
- Interacting with learners and external vendors
- Ensuring learner satisfaction by collecting and communicating the feedback
- Learner retention

**Period of training**:

- 4 months, after which the trainee will be converted to a full-time employee

**Stipend During Training**: 15,500 per month

**CTC After the Training**: 4,62,000 (3,42,000 Fixed + 1,20,000 Variable)
