Customer Relationship Officer

**Resolving Complaints**: Listen to customer complaints, empathize, and take steps to resolve issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining company reputation.
- **Providing Product/Service Guidance**: Offer detailed information and advice on products or services, guiding customers to make the best purchasing decisions based on their needs.
- **Updating Customer Records**: Document customer interactions, feedback, and issues in the company’s CRM system, keeping records up-to-date for future reference.
- **Escalating Complex Issues**: Identify situations requiring advanced support and escalate these issues to supervisors or specialized teams as needed.
- **Promoting Products and Services**: Inform customers about new products, promotions, or services that may be beneficial to them, enhancing the company’s revenue opportunities.
- **Following Up**: Check in with customers after issues are resolved or after purchases, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any lingering concerns.
- **Meeting Performance Targets**: Achieve individual and team targets for response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction, and other relevant metrics.
- **Adhering to Policies**: Follow company guidelines, policies, and legal requirements to ensure a consistent, compliant customer experience.
- **Providing Feedback**: Relay recurring customer concerns or feedback to management, helping improve processes, products, or services.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
