Position: Grievance Officer
- Must have experience of the Primary & secondary market.
- Keep track of all the client queries/ complaints for DP, Trading system.
- Should have good interpersonal skills and customer service experience.
- Should be able to resolve the client query within the stipulated TAT time.
- Should endeavour to redress investor grievances promptly within the time specified.
- Should have knowledge of reporting of the grievances.
- Have knowledge of getting the client complaint resolved by taking up with the stock exchange or SEBI.
- Must have an idea of the SCORES, IGRC & GRC.
- Well versed with AML checkpoints and other Regulatory audit requirements.
- Other ad-hoc duties may be required from time to time as per DP regulations and internal policies.
- Must have an idea of the Arbitration process.
- Ensuring the Queries are taken up with internal team and build processes to ensure the issues are resolved.
- Have handled Audits.
