Responsibilities:


  • Plan & execute appropriate on-boarding process for new hires joining formalities (EMP ID Creation, New Joiner Database Management and Compensation update as per Offer)
  • Liaising with Recruitment Team & candidate for new joiner documentation
  • Maintaining employee database in Nessie
  • Provide Payroll Inputs for New Joinees in HRMS Portal
  • Update PAN, Aadhaar, New joiner compensation and other payroll related initial inputs
  • Follow up with Employee to Provide Bank details
  • Sharing Bank details for Payroll process
  • Employee lifecycle process data management
  • Responding to employee queries & grievances
  • Coordinating with employees & Payroll team for all Salary Fallout cases
  • Sharing documents & artifacts for all types of Audit-Internal & External
  • Employee Files and compactor management


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
  • 3-5 years' of experience working in HR Operations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Wellversed in MS Excel
