**Key Responsibilities**:

- _**Cold Calling with Regular Follow-up**:_ Conduct proactive cold calling to generate new leads, followed by consistent follow-up to nurture relationships and convert prospects into customers.
- _**Actively Planning, Executing, and Participating in Sales Seminars, Events, etc.**:_ Take charge of planning, executing, and actively participating in sales seminars and events, ensuring successful engagement with potential clients and showcasing our offerings.
- _**Attending Walk-in Customers, Understanding Their Potential, and Giving Briefs on Projects**_: Greet and assist walk-in customers, assess their needs and potential, and provide them with detailed briefings on our projects and offerings.
- _**Maintaining Sales-Related Database**:_ Maintain and update the sales-related database, ensuring accurate records of all customer interactions, leads, and sales activities for efficient tracking and analysis.
- _**Sales & Marketing Strategy Development**:_ Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, property values, and the competitive landscape and identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the real estate market.
- _**Marketing Campaigns**:_Plan, create, and execute effective marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, print advertising, and events also evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns.
- _**Client Management**:_Build and maintain strong relationships with clients; conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with potential buyers and assist clients in understanding the buying process, financing options, and legal requirements.

**Education Qualification**:Minimum Graduate, Relevant real estate certifications or licenses (preferred).

**Skills**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Open to travel and work beyond limited hours.

**Experience**:

- **Must have minimum of 2-6 years’ experience with real estate industry.**_
