Calendar Mgmt. # Coordination & scheduling meetings & other imp assignments like reviews by effectively managing the calendar

Act as a liaison between the external or internal executives, managers and stakeholders and coordinate meetings etc.
Customer Feedback
Maintaining office Budget, Handling SAP MM model (PR/PO for processing of bills - doing Pr's, Enfa's, and PO's related to F&A team. Follow-up for MIS & other information as

Travel Mgmt. - Manage all aspects related to travel, Booking of Tickets & Stay arrangements, Cost Effectiveness, Forex & Other travel arrangements

Facilitate all document flows / work flows for HOD/CEO approval and information e.g. bills, invoices, memos, circulars, courier, postal documents.

File Mgmt. : Systematically filing all the imp and confidential files of CEO office & Regulatory documents files.

Receive and forward all regulatory & internal communication to respective teams after CEO review. Coordinate with respective stakeholder for closure of such Communications. Follow up for MOMs closure.

E-Mail management of HOD/CEO mails including follow-ups - as required. SPOC for team requirement like arranging AEPs (guest) & their facilitation, meetings / VC arrangements, etc.

Personal Assistance: Assistance to HOD as required e.g. VC / AC arrangements, submission of bills, travel statements, payments.

Prepare Weekly MIS / Fortnightly MIS Reports, consolidation of KPI etc. with regard to JVs & Subsidiaries need basis.
