**Telemarketing Executive**

**Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients by providing timely and relevant information about our engineering solutions. Follow up regularly to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
- **Appointment Setting**: Schedule meetings or calls between potential clients and our sales team. Ensure a smooth handoff by providing comprehensive background information and meeting objectives.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align telemarketing strategies with broader sales and marketing objectives. Provide feedback from potential clients to help refine marketing messages and sales strategies.
- **Market Feedback**: Gather and report feedback from potential clients regarding their needs, preferences, and any objections, to help tailor our offerings and improve sales tactics.
- **Professional Development**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and best practices in telemarketing and B2B sales. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the engineering, manufacturing, or B2B sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage and persuade decision-makers.
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads, track communications, and report on sales activities.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms for lead generation and outreach.
- Persistent and results-oriented mindset, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Working Conditions and Performance Metrics**
- This position may require flexible hours to accommodate different time zones of potential clients in North America and Europe
- Performance will be evaluated based on key metrics such as the number of leads generated, the conversion rate of leads to qualified opportunities, and contributions to the overall sales targets.

**Application Process**

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
