Job Description: Tele-calling Executive

**Position**: Tele-calling Executive

**Department**: Sales/Customer Service

**Location**:Mumbai (Work from Home)**

**Reports To**: Team Lead/Manager

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele-calling Executive to join our team. The Tele-calling Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads, promote products and services, and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Outbound Calling**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote products/services.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and other sources.

2. **Customer Engagement**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products/services.

3. **Lead Generation**:

- Identify potential customers and create a pipeline of leads.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.

4. **Sales Support**:

- Provide detailed information about products and services to customers.
- Assist in the sales process by addressing customer queries and providing relevant information.

5. **Customer Feedback**:

- Collect and record customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism.

6. **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system.
- Prepare and present regular reports on call activities and outcomes.

7. **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve targets.
- Participate in team meetings and share insights and suggestions for improvement.

### **Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Tele-calling Executive or similar role; experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to handle objections and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

### **Personal Attributes**:

- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management skills.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position with a standard workweek.
