- Coordinate all purchase related activities from both domestic and international market
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Create and update records and databases.
- Submit timely reports.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary

**Requirements and skills**
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Should be organised and able to handle data and communication

**Experience**:
Minimum one year preferably in purchase department

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
