Hiring for SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE role having their HQ based in Mumbai - FORT LOCATION

Reporting to Director & Trustee

Timings
- 10.00 am to 6.30pm

Mon to Sat -2nd and 4th Sat holiday

Location Fort - near Bombay Stock Exchange (For western line last station Churchgate -10-12 mins walking distance OR for Central & harbour line CST station -12-15min walking distance)

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Communication Material Development **Create communication materials focusing on health, nutrition, livelihood, sustainable agriculture, Utilize various formats such as written content, visual graphics, videos, and presentations to effectively communicate key messages. ** Ensure the alignment of communication materials with the organization's goals and branding guidelines.

2. Social Media Management **Manage and maintain Sahayak Trust's social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. ** Create engaging and informative posts, articles, and updates to attract and engage the organization's target audience. **Monitor social media trends, respond to comments and messages, and actively participate in relevant online discussions. 1 year exp of tools like Canva, Video editing, Photoshop exp**

AS WELL:

- Coordinate with various stakeholders, partners, government agencies, and the general public. **Develop and implement strategies to ensure timely and accurate distribution of information through appropriate channels. ** Collaborate with the team to organize events, workshops, and campaigns to raise awareness and promote the organization's initiatives.

Desired Profile:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
- Experience in compiling contents, caption & hashtags
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi are a must

Proficiency in using social media platforms and content management systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative communication strategies.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Digital marketing (preferred)
