**Key Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Calling**: Initiate contact with potential customers through proactive outbound calling campaigns to generate leads and identify sales opportunities.

**Lead Qualification**: Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, budget constraints, and decision-making processes to determine potential for sales success.

**Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.

**Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through effective communication, active listening, and follow-up to create a positive customer experience.

**Sales Pitch**: Deliver compelling sales pitches to articulate the value proposition of our products and services, addressing customer pain points and offering tailored solutions.

**Sales Metrics**: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets, including quotas and conversion rates, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other relevant departments to ensure a coordinated approach to customer acquisition and retention.

**Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential opportunities and challenges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
