Identify and target potential clients and businesses that could benefit from our co-working spaces. Conduct field visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to generate leads.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing deals and signing up new clients for our co-working spaces.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Provide insights and feedback to the management team to enhance our offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Prepare regular reports for management review.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
