- Processing orders: Usually done via computer
- Following up with customers: Checking in with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction and offering support when needed
- Troubleshooting: Helping customers with problems they have with products or services
- Managing customer accounts: Maintaining customer relationships
- Generating leads: Establishing interest in future sales
- Producing sales reports: Reporting on sales efforts

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
