1. Establish Review and Maintain a financial budget at all times

2. Maintain all financial documentation as required

3. Summarize all financial and MIS records in periodic reports and furnish to the HEAD-FIN

4. Ensure maintenance of all ledgers and company’s books of accounts for internal and external purposes

5. Report on a weekly basis on resources deployed on projects and its repercussions on the project costs and budgets

6. Report on a monthly basis on financial parameters of projects

7. Liaise with bank and financial institutions for funds

8. Liaise with banks and arrange of LC/LG/BG etc. monitoring of risk especially Insurance cover, currencies, duties & taxes, fines and penalties.

9. Plan and Manage cash flow at organization level

10. Monitor if the financial accounting and cost accounting is done as per generally accepted practices and comply with statutory and regulatory requirements

11. Plan and monitor filing of return the statutory bodies

12. Coordinate cross company transactions with all group companies

13. Supervise cost and budgetary control across organization and project sites

14. Supervise direct taxation across organization and project sites

15. Supervise internal and statutory audit

16. Plan and mange relationship with financial and credit rating agencies such as ICRA, CRISIL, KERA, SMUT etc..

17. Ensure adherence to the processes applicable to the Finance function Plan and monitor the overall affairs of the Finance function, including budgeting, staffing, etc.

18. Plan and monitor and be responsible for the performance of his department team, as also their skills building and career development activities

Qualification : CA

Experience 6+ yrs

**Salary**: From ₹80,000.00 per month
