Job Description:

- Leads and manages all day-to-day activities related to the Hotel sales function with afocus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable theachievement of Organisations objectives. Works with the management team to create and implement a sales plan addressingrevenue, customers and the market for the segment. Hotel Business strategies,Planning, evaluating, implementing, and continuously improving all aspects of Hotelsales functions, and processes and recognising potential opportunities. Work closely with Revenue Manager to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet thefinancial needs of its Resorts. Maximise all Revenue opportunities to Achieve stretched monthly & annual targets asper budgets and manage sales & cash flow in a result-focused environment. Effective sales presentations and closing deals with Corporates and Key B2B agents. Maintaining strong client relationships - OTA, Agents and Corporates. Develop new feeder markets, Identifying potential customers & business 0pportunities.Acquiring and developing new business accounts
- Constantly liaising with CRM for inventory management & Resort leadership for revenueManagement. Plan and develop marketing strategies and promotion plans. Plan and participate inSales events, trade shows, and exhibitions
- Develops relationships within the community to strengthen and expand customer basefor sales opportunities. Hiring, Training, motivating and coaching HSD team as per plans & budgets. Analyzing & Reporting on Sales and Financial Data. Report on a Daily/Weekly / Monthlybasis on HSD performance to leadership team. Annual budget preparation, Sales & Marketing plan, and its execution.Required Skills:

- Should have a minimum of Bachelor’s degree with 10 years’ plus work experience inHotel Sales Depts and managed high volume Sales Function at a senior level. Able to balance between task and people orientation
- Ready for a fast-paced corporate environment and able to thrive under pressure. Applicant must have Strong selling skills and techniques and possess sound knowledgeabout the Indian & International market
- Possess strong communication skills

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
